Your plan includes a generous monthly quota. Go past it and the AI keeps working — you simply pay a small metered rate for the extra usage, added to your next invoice.

Questions about billing, answered
How does the 7-day free trial work? Do I need a card?
Every plan starts with a full-featured 7-day trial. We ask for a card upfront to prevent abuse, but you aren't charged until the trial ends — and you can cancel any time before then with one click, no questions asked.
What counts as an AI conversation?
One conversation is one customer thread the AI handles within a rolling 24-hour window, regardless of how many messages are exchanged inside it. A client asking five questions and booking an appointment in one sitting is a single conversation. Threads you answer yourself don't count.
What happens if I go over my monthly quota?
Nothing breaks — the AI keeps answering. Extra usage is billed at your plan's metered rate (for example, $0.06 per extra AI conversation on Professional) and added to your next invoice. You can set a usage cap if you'd rather the AI pause instead.
Can I cancel or pause any time?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month (or annual, if you choose the discount) and you can cancel from your billing settings in a couple of clicks. Your data stays exportable for 30 days after cancellation.
Which currencies do you support?
Our subscription is billed in USD. Your customers, however, pay you in your own currency — MondayFive supports the currencies your connected Stripe or PayPal account supports, and deposits, taxes and refunds are all handled in your merchant currency.
Can I switch plans later?
Any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing; downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Your settings, conversations and CRM data carry over untouched.
Do unused conversations roll over?
No — quotas reset at the start of each billing cycle. If you're consistently under or over, switching plans usually works out cheaper than paying overage, and we'll nudge you when that's the case.
Is there a setup fee or long-term contract?
No setup fees, no contracts. You pay the plan price, plus metered overage only if you exceed your included usage. Annual billing is optional and simply cheaper.
